Bio
Laycee Maupin is the principal real estate professional behind Local Living Real Estate, the mother-daughter brokerage based in Huntsville, Arkansas. Before launching Local Living Real Estate in early 2026, Laycee worked as a registered nurse, an experience that shaped how she handles clients during the most stressful moments of a real estate transaction. She approaches buying and selling the same way she approached patient care: clearly, calmly, and one well-explained step at a time.
Laycee's whole life has been spent in the Arkansas Ozarks. She knows which roads in Madison County wash out in spring, which school districts have the strongest test scores, which lenders close on time in this market, and which homes have the kind of views that look one-of-a-kind in photos but exist on dozens of properties across the county. The local fluency is the entire point of working with a Madison County native.
