Local Living Real Estate collects only the personal information you voluntarily provide through our contact forms or by emailing or calling us directly. We use it to respond to your real estate inquiry. We do not sell your information. This policy is governed by Arkansas law, with additional protections for California residents under CCPA and for European visitors under GDPR where those frameworks apply.

What we collect
When you contact us through a form on this site or by email, we collect: your name, your phone number, your email address, and any message you send us about a property or a real estate question. If you browse the site without contacting us, we collect anonymous analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate region) through Google Analytics 4 where that tracking is enabled.
How we use it
We use your contact information to respond to your real estate inquiry, to schedule showings, to send listing updates you ask for, and to follow up on an active transaction. That is the full scope. We do not add you to marketing lists without permission and we do not share your information with unrelated third parties.
Third party services
We use the following third party services that may receive information in the course of operating this site and our brokerage:
- Google Analytics 4: aggregate, anonymous site usage data. Google's privacy policy applies to that data.
- Google Business Profile: if you interact with our Google Business Profile listing, Google handles that data under its own policy.
- MLS syndication partners: Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com. These receive listing data, not your contact data, unless you inquire on one of those platforms directly.
- Lead capture and email: form submissions currently route directly to keepingitrealnwa@gmail.com. No third party lead capture service is used at this time. If we add one later, this policy will be updated.
Cookies
This site deploys Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CHPB0TMZXZ) on most pages, which uses cookies for anonymous session measurement. No advertising cookies are set. If you prefer to opt out, use your browser's Do Not Track setting, install the Google Analytics opt out browser add on, or clear cookies for this domain.
California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we have collected about you; request that we delete your personal information; opt out of the sale of your personal information; and receive non discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell personal information, so no opt out is necessary, but the right still exists. To exercise any CCPA right, email keepingitrealnwa@gmail.com with "CCPA request" in the subject line.
European visitors (GDPR)
GDPR scope for this site is low because the brokerage serves Northwest Arkansas and does not target European data subjects. However, if you are in the European Economic Area and have submitted information through this site, you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete that information, and to object to processing. Email keepingitrealnwa@gmail.com to exercise any of these rights.
Your rights generally
Regardless of where you live, you may at any time email keepingitrealnwa@gmail.com to request access to your information, correction of your information, or deletion of your information from our records. We respond within a reasonable period, typically under 30 days.
Data retention
We retain inquiry emails for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential real estate transaction. After a transaction closes, or after three years of inactivity on an inquiry, we delete the email and any notes associated with it unless you have asked us to keep in touch.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to the two co-owners of the brokerage and we do not transmit your information through unencrypted channels.
